We would like to tell you about another successful radical prostatectomy performed at Karazabashvili Robotic Center.
The patient developed pain in the lower parts of the pelvis and symptoms from the lower urinary tract, the patient was urgently carried out the necessary examinations, adenocarcinoma of the real gland (prostate cancer) was diagnosed.
The patient was admitted to the hospital on March 29 for surgical treatment and underwent a preoperative examination; on March 30, he successfully underwent lateral radical prostatectomy, partial cystectomy, and removal of lymph nodes.
The very next day, the patient was able to move independently and was discharged to the clinic on the third day after the operation under the supervision of a urologist.
The operation was carried out by Professor Guram Karazanashvili and the head of the Prostate Center Giorgi Burdzhaliani.
